Permanent Placement:
- Represents full-time, permanent employees for your company.
- We handle all aspects of the recruiting process through the offer phase and post placement follow up.
- Fee structure: depending on the position(s) and compensation level, we perform this as a contingency search, contingency/exclusive search or retained search.
Contract-to-Hire:
- Represents candidates who are initially hired as a contractor with the intention of converting them to full-time employment after the contract period has ended. This option allows you to assess if the candidate is a right fit for your company by observing them in the position.
- We can manage the contractor's time and attendance and add them to our payroll until they are converted to full-time status, or they can be added to your payroll when they begin.
- We provide regular follow up to monitor performance

Contractors:
- Represents candidates who are hired on a temporary basis for a project/assignment with a defined period. Also referred to as Consultants, they can work at the client site, work remotely, or a combination of both based on the nature of the position.
- PRS has experience sourcing and placing contract professionals in all disciplines of information technology, web development, software development, marketing and accounting/finance.
- We can manage the contractor's time and attendance and add them to our payroll until they are converted to full-time status, or they can be added to your payroll. We provide regular follow up to monitor performance.
- We handle all aspects of the recruiting process through the offer phase and post placement follow up, and we handle the conversion from contract to full-time status.
- Fee structure:: we charge the employer an industry hourly rate for the contractor's time or a flat monthly fee for the duration of the project/contract.
Project-based Recruiting/Outsourced Recruiting
- If you have ongoing hiring needs, or you are ramping up to hire for a new project, or you are experiencing consistent growth, or you have high volume recruiting needs, our outsourced recruiting option may be the solution.
- Working as a recruiting partner with your company, PRS becomes an extension of your organization to either supplement your recruiting needs or serve as your core recruiting function. PRS can place a recruiting consultant(s) onsite or perform this function remotely, based on your needs.
- We place only highly talented consultants with demonstrated experience in full life cycle recruiting and skilled professionals in managing and streamlining the hiring process. Our consultants are available part-time or full-time based on your hiring demands.
- Our outsourced recruiters are employed by PRS and assigned to your project for the length of the contract assignment. We manage the contractor's time and attendance and provide regular follow up to monitor performance.
- Fee structure: we charge the employer either an industry hourly rate for the recruiter's time or a monthly retainer for the duration of the project/contract.
Review/Screen resumes:
- If you have high volume recruiting needs or your in-house recruiting/HR function doesn't have time to thoroughly review resumes that have been received via your website and/or internet postings, PRS will focus solely on this function. A skilled recruiter provides this service remotely.
- We schedule a kick-off meeting to learn the details of your job specifications, and then review resumes and screen candidates based on your profile/qualifications. We select and forward only those candidates who meet your criteria for interviews and/or next steps defined by you.
- Fee structure: we charge an industry hourly rate for the recruiter's time.
